Tools & Preparation

Chakra sound healing meditation involves using specific sounds and vibrations to balance and align the body's energy centers, known as chakras.

During a sound healing meditation, you might listen to sounds from instruments like:

• singing bowls

• tuning forks

• guided visualization and

• breathing techniques

During the healing we will integrate the 5 elements: fire, water, earth, air, and spirt. In doing so by using tools for each of the element for example….

• Fire- With hands (optional for added light kink: floggers/paddles/whips to transfer energy through and out.)

• Water- Using hands to create a “flowy” wave motion.

• Earth- Creating grounding and stillness energy.

• Air- Using breathe and sound to travel the energy up and away.

• Spirit- Mediation and guidance provided within the space to create aliveness and awareness.
